For our Client, leading global manufacturer of building automation, we are looking for the candidate for the position of:

PROJECT BUSINESS DEVELOPER EE

Workplace: Warsaw



Responsibilities:
•    Develop & Implement Project Business strategies in the Eastern Europe market agreed with company strategy. Interface role between PB product group and EE PB local team. Provide active support and methodology to local PB team in order to implement & develop business with customers,  investors and influencers.  Identify and develop a  network of partners and actively contribute to local PB growth.
•    Designing & Deploying PB methodology & specification models for company solutions , products and services 
•    Deployment includes developing Project Business team competence & skills training, establishing & managing the specs activities & services, and participating in major presentations to Key Developers, Designers, Architects and Engineers on company concept, solutions and services to kick off the processes in key country
•    Implement project management tool in EE. Management of potential projects portfolio through a project management tool: this could include initiating or participating in mapping & prospecting actions, identifying target groups, qualifying, initiating/participating in the specs activities, coaching PB team, monitoring progress and quantifying results and sales. He/She is co-responsible to build per key countries PB budget
•    Initiating & Establishing the contact & the relationship with all key decision makers in the specification target groups in the EE: Design & Architects, Mechanical/ Electrical Engineers, Developers, System Integrators, Facade makers, etc. in order to Re-Position company in the projects segments and  specify and secure the business
•    Co-building with BU Management an annual marketing budget & action plan related to our target groups in key countries (Events participation: exhibitions, on line- off marketing communication)
•    Exploring new opportunities and developing business in EE market for the company Group products.
•    Budgeting & Reporting the results of the Project Business in the region (i.e Sales & Margins, Deployment progresses, Expenses, Profits, staff & recruitment, competence & tools, etc…).
•    Ensures regional sales goals are achieved through the effective cooperation with KA and local PB developers.


Requirements:
•    Engineering Background a minimum Bachelor degree
•    3 - 5 years of experience in sales & project business
•    Foreign Language: English is a must / Russian  will be added value/ French additional asset
•    Openness to travels
