SENIOR SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• proactive sales and customer service
• customer support and problem solving
• market research, business planning & administrative
• the manager will work from a home office

Requirements:

• electric engineer background (a strong preference but not a must)
• English language a must
• team player
• stable character with a dynamic mindset
• solid self-confidence and good presentation skills
• can perform under time & budget pressure
• can work independently without local support organization
• willing to travel a lot in Poland and abroad
• preferably some experience as a sales manager/engineer in the furniture related or electric motor industry
• experience in sales activities outside Poland a big +
