HRC Group's roots reach 1996, when we operated on the market as ASA International. In 2000, the HRC Group took over the ASA International company and since then we have been officially operating as the HRC Group. In 2004, the HRC Group became an official member of the CFR Consulting Group - the sixth in size, transcontinental net of personnel consulting companies. The main seat of the Group is in Warsaw, however we also have branches in Pomerania (Gdansk) and in Silesia (Boleslawiec).

The HRC Group's basic goal is to take complete advantage of the knowledge and experience we possess in order to:

  • ensure our Clients complex services in the range of recruitment and Human Resource consulting,
  • obtain and maintain the high qualities of the services we provide,
  • persistently expand the portfolio of services and Clients.

After over 10 years of experience we know that we are able to achieve this goal by providing the highest quality of our work. The commitment of the employees of our company in the projects that are carried out has a significant influence on the high level of services which we provide.

The company's two branches - in Gdansk and Boleslawiec - concern themselves with the realization of projects in Northern and Southern Poland.

At present, we are in the middle of opening affiliates in Katowice, Wroclaw, Poznan and Rzeszow. We operate in Poland and abroad. We successfully carry out projects in Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine and Russia.

CFR Membership

Since 2004, our company has been a member of CFR Consulting Group - the sixth in size, transcontinental net of personnel consulting companies. As part of CFR we have the possibility of carrying out projects through 30 offices in Europe and China. We have offices in the following countries: Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, Italy, England, Germany, Belgium, Holland, France, Spain, China, Russia.

The HRC Group carries out projects directly in Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine and the Baltic States.

Membership in Chambers of Commerce

The HRC Group belongs to:

  • the Polish-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry
  • the Polish-Spanish Chamber of Commerce and Industry
  • the Polish Scandinavian Chamber of Commerce and Industry

We collaborate closely with the British, Russian and French Chambers.
