BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER POLAND
(IT SOLUTIONS / SOFTWARE)
Location: Warsaw / whole Poland
ABOUT THE COMPANY:
SNOW Software – leading software asset management (SAM) company is expanding its commercial activities with focus on Poland and is looking for a sales person that will have the responsibility to develop new customers and business opportunities with the purpose to strengthening the company's position.
ACTIVITIES:
- Reach and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall team goals
- Develop relationships at all levels to include CXO
- Maximize customer new business opportunities through developing relationships with key account stakeholders from start to end
- Identifying and understanding trends within industries, what makes a campaign successful and apply learning to help generate further new business
- Strong focus on being able to analyze data and use it to effectively grow the business
- Involved in business opportunities driven by partners
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience of independently generating, developing and closing new business within the software/licenses industry for at least 5 years. Experience with SAM software will be an asset
- Strong track record of sales success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting and creating new business
- Ability to contribute with knowledge of how primarily the Polish and secondarily the Russian market can be developed further
- Already demonstrably successful within sales in the enterprise software market with proven track record in the corporate space and willingness to develop into the enterprise space
- Experience from the technology sector, IT infrastructure and preferably the license industry
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM applications is essential
- Excellent presentation and documentation skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English as well as Polish
