For our Client, international pharmaceutical company, we are looking for:

CUSTOMER OPERATIONS MANAGER

Place of work: Warsaw


Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • overall responsibility for all issues and processes related to country logistics
  • supervise and coordinate Customer Service issues (related to products and complaints)
  • develop and implement Operational Excellence initiatives to manage the best balance between service and Supply Chain costs
  • close cooperation with business representatives in the country (sales, finance)
  • bring & share experience on best practices across the European cluster & European customer service and country logistics
  • manage and support existing and new projects (including Six Sigma)
  • define and manage required budget
  • manage country logistics team (develop, mentor and coach the team)
  • quality management (documentation, SOX regulations, operating procedures)


Requirements:

  • min 5 years’ experience on similar position (head of country logistics)
  • experience in managing a team
  • proven business acumen, capability to understand customer and business needs
  • analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • experience in projects management and projects initiation
  • very good knowledge of English and reporting tools
