For our Client we are looking for:

 

Finance Manager

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Financial management and controlling of the Company
  • Manage, lead and follow up the Finance department in the company (accounting, IT and administration). Setting processes, routines and responsibilities within the department
  • Being a part of the management team in the company and work together with the team and MD to lead and control the company. Being a financial advisor to MD
  • Strive to find solutions, tools and ways to work for control and optimization of profitability and efficiency
  • Supervise, coordinate, prepare, implement and follow up budget, support the other departments in following up and controlling their budgets
  • Coordinating and overseeing the accounting and financial reporting (internal and external) for the Company, the Group and authorities
  • Within the Financial department provide agreed accounting services for Parent company
  • Control of the company's financial liquidity and report cash flow forecasts to the Group
  • Supervise and establish procedures for compliance with the law. Ensuring that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met regarding all the company’s duties (f i tax, VAT, Special Economic Zone)
  • Monitoring the system for the collection and flow of financial data in the company
  • Be in the charge of annual accounts, audit and reporting to Group and authorities
  • Representing the company against financial institutions and state authorities
  • Complies with quality and environment protection policies
  • Obeys health and safety rules and procedures
  • Performs other tasks ordered by supervisor, if they are consistent with the law

Requirements:

  • Knowledge in the field of financial management
  • Knowledge in setting up, implementing, maintaining and leading financial processes
  • Practical knowledge of ERP systems
  • Good knowledge of accounting issues
  • Good knowledge of national legal and tax regulations
  • Good knowledge of modern accounting and financial applications
  • Knowledge of rules and regulations in Special Economic Zones
  • Good and updated knowledge of the financial environment
  • Fluent in English
