For our Client, leading global manufacturer of precision instruments, we are looking for:


location: Warsaw


As HR Service Delivery Team Lead, you will coordinate end-to-end delivery of defined portfolio, distribute tasks within the team, manage the teams skills and competences, design and improve processes, report on KPI's and manage external suppliers. In this role, you will also personally contribute to the services like delivering payroll preparation, data management, time and absence management and employment contracts. You will also collaborate on further developing the offering of HR services.


  • Directly supervises the local team, its tasks and performance and reaching agreed KPI's.
  • Ensures legal and audit compliance and alignment with company Group policies and local Labor Law.
  • Respond to employee queries promptly and effectively.
  • Supports data governance and data quality initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain payroll process and ensures SOX compliance.
  • Manage and maintain time and absence processes and system.
  • Drive harmonization and improvement of HR policies, procedures and systems across businesses and countries, in cooperation with Head HR SBC and Head HR Service Delivery Europe.

Position Requirements:

  • At least Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, Management or related faculty.
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing team.
  • At least 8 years of relevant work experience in HR administration and payroll area.
  • Experience and knowledge of HR philosophy, processes & programs.
  • Very good knowledge of Polish Labor Law.
  • Fluent Polish and English.
  • Very good knowledge of HR systems dedicated to employee data management, time and absence management and payroll (knowledge of SAP HCM, Xpertis and Asistar will be an asset).
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to lead projects.
  • Ability to work on and understand HR systems details.
  • Team oriented, excellent communication skills and strong customer focus.
  • Attention to details, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience of delivering service excellence that enhances the client experience.
