For our Client, leading global manufacturer of precision instruments, we are looking for the candidate for the position of:

PRODUCT AND APPLICATION SPECIALIST WITH GERMAN AND ENGLISH 

(Warsaw)

Responsibilities:

• Support of internal and external customers on laboratory pH meters, low-end density and refractometers as well as low-end titrators (electrochemistry instruments) via telephone and email in English and German
• Support of worldwide internal customers on same articles via email in English and German
• Test of new and improved hardware and software
• Test of existing hardware and software to evaluate quality issues
• Create and maintain helpful tools for customers (e.g. documents about measuring theory, applications or handling of a certain product)
• Proof-read of pH Lab documents (manuals, brochures, etc.) in designated languages 

Position requirements:

• Educational background in natural sciences or working experience in a scientific laboratory
• Very good knowledge of English (B2/C1)
• Very good knowledge of German (B2/C1)
• Ability to friendly and comprehensively communicate with customer via telephone and e-mail
• Eligibility to work in Poland
• Experience in working with analytical instruments, i.e. with pH meters would be an asset.
