For our Client, leading global manufacturer of precision instruments, we are looking for the candidate for the position of:




  • Enter orders into ERP system received directly from the customer via email
  • Prompt and accurate input of all order related details, respecting time deadlines
  • Answer to order related customer queries via email
  • Assure database integrity by validating and correcting the data housed within our CRM
  • Provide project management for complicated orders by using the tracking capabilities afforded by the system to assure that all possible bookings are converted to billings as quickly as timelines allow. Follow process of returns
  • Closely cooperate with French team
  • Follow team goals 

Position requirements:

  • About 1-2 years' professional experience on a similar position
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written French, Italian and English (min. B2 level)
  • Well-developed MS Office skills (Word, Excel)
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to listen and provide excellent customer support
  • Flexibility and very good organizational skills
  • Strong proactive and business attitude
  • Team spirit, ensuring successful remote team cooperation
  • Using experience in any ERP system will be an asset
