For our Client, leading global pharmaceutical company, we are looking for the candidate for the position of:



Manage products within the assigned therapeutical area from a medical perspective to ensure that the commercial objectives of nominated products are realised and the interest of the consumers and company are protected.


  • In Supports definition of Therapeutic Area and BU strategies
  • Develops and executes in-country medical strategy and provide tactical leadership in the country for assigned products to support  product/clinical development plans
  • Anticipates on trends, factors, business and customer needs, and works with cross functional teams to identify opportunities and develop strategies to address changes, support customer priorities and business objectives
  • Develops and executes key opinion leader engagement plans, maintains regular medical-to-medical interactions with external medical community
  • Demonstrates leadership, role models collaboration and team work, and inspires others within Department
  • Provides the internal and external medical expertise related to the products in the area of responsibility
  • Ensures medical/product training for FF
  • Evaluates and approves promotional materials, labelling. Advises on strategy against competitors’ materials, publications
  •  Provides medical input to marketing strategies (strategies &operating plans, POA development)  and to external activities (advisory boards), selects relevant data, publications needed for marketing purposes
  • Supports market access activities by bringing medical expertise
  • Contributes to the selection of speakers for company events/meetings
  • Encourage the development of scientific projects in response to unmet medical needs and internal/external insights 
  • Other tasks commissioned by Supervisor


  • Required: Life science education background. Preferred: Medical doctor degree. If needed, other areas are acceptable (i.e. pharmacy). 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of own Therapeutic Area(s) (TA), including but not limited to research, competitor’s products, customers, regulatory trends and labelling, pharma industry trends and market access
  • Comprehensive understanding of related disciplines, to be effective in BU
  • Preferably post-graduated qualifications with TA experience, pharmaceutical industry experience preferred for business objectives understanding
  • Understanding/proficiency of Evidence Based Medicine, clinical researches, data values
  • Medical writing skills, basic statistical knowledge, PC literacy
  • Fluent English, time management skills, team player, good communicator 
  • Ability to work independently exercising own judgment levering knowledge and experience
