Currently we are looking for



1) Manages Sales of the Accounts
- Negotiates yearly contractual conditions with clients. Prepare ‘Buy and Sell’ contract accordingly. 
- Builds and manages long-term and profitable relations with key clients.
- Achieve and overpass quarterly sales targets defined by Country Sales Manager. 
- Enlarges listing of products.
- Respects cut-off prices which guarantee profitability. Refers to Europe Director for any needs of deviations vs. cut-off prices.
- Builds promotional actions on products. Controls co-advertising budget, if any.
- Builds strong customer intimacy with major departments of the Account (buying department; logistic department; regional sales directors; finance & accountant department; customer service department).

2) Prepares reports and analyzes
- Generates weekly reports on sell out performance and on stock within accounts.
- Analyzes trends and proposes to Country Sales Manager possible corrective action plans with their exact costing.
- Measures buying potential in volume and value of the Accounts within marketplace and competitors.
- Analyzes current and future retail prices of products vs. competition.

3) Plans sales
- Forecasts on a monthly basis sell-in at the commercial reference level.
- Forecasts on a monthly basis future net selling prices at the commercial reference level.
- Forecasts promotional actions with Accounts and foresees expected sell-out.

4) Responsible for analyzing the market
- Collects marketing info about competitions: price positioning; new product introductions; promotion actions;

5) Participates in cash flow
- Control DSO of the Accounts
- With the support of finance team, monitor payments of our customers. Proceed with corrective action plans in order to recover any overdue.

6) Manage and motivate Sales Agents
- Fix the targets
- Check the results
- Control sales

7) Participate to all the Marketing actions
- Give inputs to prepare the budget
- In collaboration with the Marketing Manager, plan all marketing actions.


Diploma : bachelor degree (preferably economics or marketing)
Language: fluent in English and Eastern language would be a plus
Experience :
- several years in similar position in international company
- negotiation & managerial skills, team-player
- very good communication skills
- dynamic and business-oriented personality
- able to work under pressure
- computer literacy
- driving license
- ability to travel
